Adair’s Quality Policy:

Adair Plastics’ success depends upon our customers’ satisfaction with our work. We are committed to meeting customer expectations regarding product quality and customer service.

To this end, we have developed a Quality Management System which complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. 

• Our manufacturing processes, documented procedures, and business practices are designed to ensure that all products meet our customers’ precise agreed-upon specifications and delivery requirements. The quality/conformance status of each product is tracked and identified through every step of its processing. 
• For each new product, we complete a product specification report to ensure that we understand all customer requirements, and have transferred them to our production control instructions and product inspection procedures.
• All phases of product processing - from raw material purchase through the stages of production and quality verification to final shipping preparation - are controlled and documented. 
• Due to our consistent product quality performance, many of our products ship dock-to-stock without incoming inspection by the customer.
